Additions and alterations to an original 1950’s beach house high on the fore dune, a type of “bach” known as a “dune topper”. The “dune topper” had seen a few alterations over the years and badly needed renovation and repair. The work involved removal of an existing deck and carport, renewal of cladding, additions to the northern side…all designed to update and enlarge  without losing the original appearance and concept.
