A mostly exterior renovation of a tired beachfronter including the removal and replacement of existing roofing and structural pole supports, along with

replacement of an out of context verandah.

The renovation also included changes to the upper roof deck, new glazed inserts to the front doors, an adjustable louvre screen, new fencing and general

upgrading to improve weatherproofing.

The reno has given a new look and function to the beach house.
